As part of an additional effort to ameliorate DedibayCloud infrastructure in Paris, FR some of your clouds will need to be migrated to a different hypervisor.
This migration will start on Wednesday april 16th - 14:00 CEST and all migrations are expected to be completed on Wednesday april 16th - 22:00 CEST. Your instances will be inaccessible for a few minutes during this period.
Most importantly, your IP address will need to be changed and new one will be automatically listed in the ticket after the migration. In the case that you strictly require the new IP address in advance, you may update this ticket to handle the migration manually. Note that if no update is received, the migration will be launched configuring the new IPs automatically during the period stated previously.
Since the VM disk will need to be transferred via network, we always recommend to keep recent backups of the important data externally to avoid any potential issue or loss during the process.
